“I employ a holistic, integrative, therapeutic approach, which includes, CBT, Solution Focus, Trauma Focus, Talk therapy, and Creative Coaching. I also believe the Gut and Brain have a correlation to depression and anxiety. I incorporate ways and tips to enhance your diet with certain nutrients that will help your mental well-being and targets depression and or anxiety. I will guide you to develop a keen sense of your body’s intuition. In a nurturing, but direct manner, my goal is to facilitate a process that best suits your path in life, utilizing some or just one of the offered modalities.”
